Dallas Addison

​Dallas Addison is a founding principal of Ethos Club & Leisure and a shareholder of Addison Law, with extensive experience in golf, hospitality, and recreational real estate projects. Dallas has provided advice and counsel regarding the acquisition, sale, development, management, financing, and operation of golf, hospitality, and recreational real estate projects throughout the country. This experience includes the negotiation, structuring, and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, financing documentation, management agreements, and membership documentation, along with the documentation required for planned community and other real estate projects, including fractional ownership.The national magazine,The BoardRoom, has named Addison Law as “LawFirm of the Year” in the golf industry for the past 19 years. In a survey and peer study conducted byGolf Inc., a national publication, AddisonLaw was named the most experienced and recommended law firm nationwide for golf course owners, developers, and private club boards.
Prior to joining Addison Law, Dallas was an attorney with the international law firm Jones Day, where he worked on numerous commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and capital formation transactions, including private placements, debt offerings, and initial public offerings.Through affiliated entities, Dallas has been a principal in the creation and operation of several conservation- and recreation-oriented communities and concepts. These projects include Cross Pines Ranch and Bosque Canyon Ranch, both conservation-based sporting ranches located nearDallas, Texas. He has also worked on similar projects on the Big Island of Hawaii and near Kalispell, Montana, above Flathead Lake.Dallas received his law degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served on the Southern Methodist University Law Review Association and was a founding member of NAFTA: Law Review of the Americas. He also received a Plan II honors degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Dallas is a member of the Recreational Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Property and Entertainment and Sports Law sections), and the Business Council for the Arts. He has lectured and moderated frequently on golf and hospitality topics throughout the United States.

Randolph D Addison

​Randy Addison has represented parties involved in the ownership, operation, and development of equity and nonequity private clubs, public golf facilities, resort projects, and residential/golf course development for over 38 years. Mr. Addison, founding member of the Addison Law and founding principal of Ethos Club & Leisure, has been involved in acquisition, development, and operational matters in more than 1,500 private and public golf, club, and resort projects throughout the United States and numerous foreign countries. Mr. Addison’s experience includes the acquisition of existing facilities, equity conversions, turnovers and the development and structuring of the private clubs, public facilities, and resort facilities. These projects include extensive due diligence programs designated for golf, club, or resort facilities which address organizational matters, membership matters, club documentation, and the various agreements between third parties, developers and the club or the resort owner.
Through affiliated entities, Mr. Addison has been a principal in the creation and operation of several conservation and recreation oriented communities and concepts. These projects include Cross Pines Ranch and Bosque Canyon Ranch, both conservation-based sporting ranches located near Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Addison has been a speaker and lecturer at numerous educational seminars and continuing education program for developers, club and resort owners, club managers, and attorneys. Mr. Addison has been recognized and admitted as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, limited to the top one percent of the lawyers in the ABA.
Mr. Addison received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas (Austin) and law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. He has been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Northern Texas District Court and is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate

Eric Bischofberger

Eric is a second generation club manager with over 15 years of private club experience.  Eric has gained progressive experience at premiere clubs across the southeast including The Country Club of Virginia, Old Town Club, and Colleton River Club.  Currently, Eric is the AGM at Colleton River Club and sits on the Board of Directors for the Carolinas Chapter of Club Management Association of America (CMAA) in addition to the Advisory Board at the nationally ranked University of South Carolina’s Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management school.  Eric enjoys playing golf and tennis with his wife Laura when he isn’t working or participating with one of his volunteer committees.

Jackie Carpenter

With an undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, Jackie Carpenter has a passion for education. She spent 10 years working in private clubs across the country as a Clubhouse Manager and was one of the youngest managers in the club industry to earn her Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation. Jackie developed a hiring and training method that focused on People First, which proved successful in consistently selecting and onboarding energetic and loyal employees. In every organization she has been a part of, Jackie has acted as the director of experiences, chief culture czar and head cheerleader for the entire staff. 
She also served as the Director of Extraordinary for the Coaching Department’s Extraordinary Leader Program for over six years and continues to have a finger on the pulse of the club industry as she has been the Editor of The Private Club Advisor for ten years.
Jackie and her husband Three, spent years researching and writing their book, People First: The 5 Steps to Pure Human Connection and a Thriving Organization. They are consultants, coaches and national speakers who help others create upbeat company cultures and positive employee experiences

Rob DeMore

A native Arizonan and proud University of Arizona alum, Rob DeMore has been with Troon since 2003 after a tenure at Wyndham International which included leading The Lodge at Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona to its ranking as the top resort in North America by Conde Nast Traveler for the first and only time in its history. During his career at Troon, he has also served as GM/COO of Troon Privé clients leading each of his assigned resorts and private clubs to Top 100 rankings through multiple transformations including strategic land acquisitions, member equity conversions, and start-up operations. 

His expertise in leading private club and resort operations has led to national recognition for his projects throughout his career including being named as one of the Top 10 people influencing private clubs by Golf Inc.​

He currently heads up the Troon Privé Division consisting of nearly 200 private clubs and serves in a support executive role for all Troon food and beverage operations throughout the world.

With over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, serving not only large corporations including Walt Disney World, ClubCorp and Arnold Palmer, but also 22 years working in Club Management, Ryan has both the hands-on skills and business acumen needed to create an unforgettable Member and guest experiences.
Ryan’s understanding of the challenges faced by Clubs and their leaders inspired him to launch his hospitality and business consulting company in 2005. Due to the rising interest from Clubs, given Ryan’s expertise, he spun off a dedicated Club centric division in 2015 called Strategic Club Solutions. Through SCS, Ryan helps boards, owners and management teams unlock opportunities within their Clubs, taking them to previously unthinkable new heights.
Ryan has served over 300 Clubs and received numerous awards, including Boardroom Magazine
2019 Excellence in Achievement for Strategic Planning, Golf Inc. 2019 Advisor of the Year, and CIO Applications 2019 Top Club Management Solutions Provider. He is an national speaker and recognized as an approved CMAA speaker. Joe Goodrich

Joe Goodrich, PGA is a 30+ year golf industry veteran, PGA member and graduate of the Professional Golf Management Program at Ferris State University.
Currently, VP of Business Development for Troon, after acquisition of Indigo Golf Partners December 31, 2020. Joe spends his time looking for golf centric opportunities / facilities in the US to acquire, lease, manage, consult, renovate, reposition, or develop. Joe also spends his time with golf course owners around country cultivating ideas to improve the experience and performance of their facilities. Joe has directed the underwriting of over 500 golf facilities.
 
Prior to acquisition by Troon, Joe was the Executive Vice President of Indigo Golf Partners (formerly Billy Casper Golf, started 1992). Joe was responsible for all aspects of business development activities, including evaluating, underwriting, contracting and transitioning facilities for acquisition, lease, and management. Joe oversaw the growth in the Indigo portfolio from 5 facilities to over 140 facilities in a 15-year period from 1997 to 2015. Joe was also heavily involved in the opening of more than 30 golf courses to include oversight of golf course construction, grow in, vertical building planning, marketing, and pre-opening activities and communication with multiple clients.
 
Joe currently lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife Lisa, and both love to travel and spend time with their two dogs Kona and Enzo. Joe treasures rounds of golf with his two sons, when they are home from college, and his father who lives nearby in Charlotte, NC.

Based in Richmond, VA, Glenn is Senior Vice President at Buffalo Groupe (pronounced "Group), is a uniquely assembled collective of marketing agencies, media properties and an events division that authentically serve the industries of golf, travel, real estate, sports, fitness and outdoor recreation.

During his 11-plus years at Buffalo, Glenn has driven high-profile industry partnerships and guided marketing strategy for organizations such as the F45 Training, GCSAA, Omni Hotels & Resorts, LPGA, PXG, Riviera Country Club, USGA, World Golf Foundation, and Youth on Course, to name a few.
 
Prior to joining Buffalo, Glenn held sports marketing positions with Nike and global marketing agency Octagon.
 
Currently, Glenn serves Boards for the Virginia State Golf Association, Virginia Commonwealth University Center for Sports Leadership and University of Mary Washington College of Business. Additionally, he is a member of the Golf Writers Association of America, a Golfweek Course Rater and serves multiple industry committees.
 
Glenn has guest lectured for marketing and sports management courses at undergraduate and graduate programs such as George Mason University, Howard University, University of Mary Washington and Virginia Commonwealth University. He has also presented on similar topics at events such as the National Links Trust Symposium, NGCOA Golf Business Conference, IAGA Conference, SoccerEx USA, Sports Field Management Association Conference, United Soccer Coaches Convention and others.

Robert Jones

Bob Jones is a founding principal of Ethos Club & Leisure and has been one of the most influential forces in the private club and real estate community development industry for more than 30 years. He has a proven track record for innovation, strategic planning, real estate development and design, and implementation of programs and initiatives that have raised the bar for private golf, recreational clubs, and real estate community developments throughout the country. 

Bob had a successful 20-year career leading Desert Mountain, which
is generally recognized as one of the premiere private clubs and communities in the nation. During his tenure Bob developed over $82 million in club amenities and $230 million in real estate development, while leading 679 employees operating over nine clubhouses and six golf courses on 11,000 acres. Desert Mountain consistently produced annual revenues over $68 million, while achieving a constant 97% membership overall satisfaction index level. During that time, Bob also advised on multiple other club and community projects owned by Crescent Real Estate and Morgan Stanley, including The Woodlands, Pronghorn, Canyon Ranch, Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Old Greenwood, The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe Club and Community, and The Club at Las Campanas. Prior to Desert Mountain, Bob successfully led Northwood Country Club in Dallas, Texas, and Dallas Athletic Club in Dallas, Texas. 

​Bob has earned a number of distinctions in the club industry, including Certified Club Manager, CMAA Honor Society, and CMAA Certified Chief Executive, and has served as president of the CMAA Texas Lone Star Chapter. He has lectured frequently on club and hospitality topics throughout the country. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in restaurant and hotel management with honors from Florida International University and an A.A.S. degree in restaurant management from Del Mar College, Corpus Christi, Texas.

Christine Kane

Christine Kane joined Audubon International in 2016. As the organization’s Chief Executive Officer she is responsible for all aspects of the nonprofit organization’s operations, including its core certification programs, member services, conservation initiatives, and human and financial resources.
 
Kane has worked at the senior management level in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years and is skilled in program development, strategic planning, fundraising and communications. Her experience in the environmental sector includes work on a wide range of environmental issues including hazardous waste site identification, BMPs for non-point source water pollution, and land conservation.
 
In addition, Ms. Kane is Vice President of the Board of Trustees for The FairWays Foundation, which provides grants for conservation-based projects around the world.
 
She holds a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University, a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and the CFRE credential (Certified Fundraising Executive), the only internationally recognized, professional credential for fundraising professionals.

In 1994, Collier’s Reserve Country Club made history by becoming the first golfing community in the world to achieve designation as a Certified Audubon International Signature Sanctuary and is currently a Gold Level Certified Sanctuary. Ken received his Turfgrass Management Degree from Ohio State University in 2007. During which, he completed his apprenticeship in Lanai, Hawaii where he worked at 2 top 100 resort golf courses with completely different microclimates, The Experience at Koele and The Challenge at Manele. This allowed Ken the unique experience of learning the science of turf management on both cool-season grasses and warm-season grasses. Upon graduation, he relocated to become an Assistant Superintendent at The Ritz-Carlton Members Club in Sarasota, FL, then joined Collier’s Reserve as Assistant Superintendent in 2009.  In September 2016, he became the Golf Course Superintendent at Grey Oaks Country Club’s Estuary Course where he oversaw the entire operation of the 100-acre course with TifEagle Greens, Bermudagrass fairways and Paspalum practice range tees. Ken returned to Collier’s Reserve in 2017 with a wealth of knowledge about the golf course, irrigation system and long-term master plan. In 2021, he led the club through a successful complete course renovation, on schedule and under budget, all while maintaining Audubon Gold Certification Standards along the way. Ken is a GCSAA certified golf course superintendent and currently serves on the board of directors for his local superintendent’s association in Naples, FL where he resides with his wife and 2 children.​

In 2019, Ross founded Metolius Golf - a solutions provider that turns golf operators into marketing & technology wizards via its one-of-a-kind business intelligence, marketing automation, and agency services. Ross is a graduate of Virginia Tech and lives in Fort Collins, CO with his family.

Mark Mattingly

​Responsibilities 
Mr. Mattingly is responsible for the development of all new client relationships for Landscapes Golf Management (LGM), as well as, existing relationships and the induction of our sister company services (Landscapes Unlimited), as facility needs may evolve. Working with the senior management team at LGM, Mark spearheads the growth of our management division, oversees LGM’s business development marketing and communications, oversees special projects including Facility Analysis, Market Studies, & Executive Searches, and contributes to overall business strategy at the individual property and corporate level.  
 
Relevant Experience
A Class-A PGA Professional for more than 25 years, Mark has served as General Manager, Multi-site Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Operations Executive for private, public, and resort facilities alike with a strong emphasis on business building programming and membership growth.  Throughout his career, Mark has been responsible for the management of over 25 properties, has also been a member of the Club Manager Association of America, and currently maintains a regional client consulting role.  As part of the Landscapes executive team, Mark is centrally located in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he also served on the Indiana PGA Board of Directors for three consecutive terms (2005 - 2012).

​Richelle is a Canadian Citizen who has many accomplishments in the Golf Industry in the fields of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development over more than 35 years. Notably with ClubLink Corporation from its inception in 1993 to 2011 with substantial contributions made to the strategic development, marketing, and sales of the ClubLink brand. Followed by the development of the Pacific Links International brand in 2012 now know as the Links2Golf Network which has grown to more that 700 properties in 53 countriesfacilitating reciprocal play for members of participating clubs. Over the last 2 years, Richelle has worked on the brand transition and strategic development and of the Links2Golf Network.

​Tom has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality business beginning his career in New York City where he worked in various management positions with Restaurant Associates including the West Side Tennis Club and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. He then joined the catering team of the Waldorf=Astoria for six years where he was Senior Catering Manager.  
Tom accepted his first Club management position as general manager of Indian Harbor Yacht Club in Greenwich, CT. He then held general manager positions at Hope Valley Country Club located in Durham, NC. Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, VA and Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, VA.  Tom returned to the New York area to become the general manager of Sleepy Hollow Country Club and most recently Chief Operating Officer of Westchester Country Club in Rye, NY. 
Tom is thrilled to be part of South Street Partners and leading the team as the Manager of Kiawah Island Club.

Jenn Paciotti, CCM, Director of Clubhouse Operations at the Daniel Island Club in Charleston, SC.  She attended Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Jenn has been in Club Management for over ten years working in the Northeast, and previously Belfair in Bluffton, SC.  She is also an active participant of the CMAA where she serves as the President of the Carolinas Club Foundation.  In 2019, Jenn was awarded the Sally Burns Rambo Scholarship.  This scholarship recognizes women in Club Management who are committed to furthering their professional career.

Jim Pavonetti

 Jim Pavonetti, CGCS, Director of Golf Course and Grounds at Fairview Country Club in Greenwich, Connecticut, was named to his position in 2008. A premier member-owned club in Fairfield County that was founded in 1904, that includes a Robert Trent Jones, Sr. championship golf course, racquet complex, aquatic complex, and hotel and clubhouse. Active in the field for over three decades, Mr. Pavonetti notably held the same position at the Edison Club and the West Point Golf Course.
Highlighting his achievements, Mr. Pavonetti led the way for Fairview Country Club to achieve the designation of Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, through Audubon International. He was rewarded with the MGA Arthur P. Weber Environmental Leader in Golf Award, which was presented to him by the Metropolitan Golf Association in 2019. He also earned the Environmental Leaders in Golf Award by the GCSAA seven times between 2006 and 2021. Furthermore, in the Fall of 2021, Mr. Pavonetti was featured in the respected golf publication, Golf Digest, for his environmental conservation contributions to the field.
Mr. Pavonetti continues to remain engaged with various environmental projects that enhances wildlife and protects natural resources. Particularly interested in monarch butterflies, he is an active member of Monarchs in the Rough, which is a national program that works to establish pollinator habitats on golf courses. Mr. Pavonetti is also a member of the New York State Best Management Practices Project Committee, in conjunction with Cornell University, which establishes best practices for golf courses, and the Connecticut’s Best Management Practices Planning and Steering Committee.

​Steven Skinner serves as the chief executive officer of KemperSports, the nation’s 3rd  largest golf management company, and KemperLesnik, a top-ranked sports marketing, events and public relations agency.
KemperSports is a multi-faceted hospitality company specializing in the management and development of resorts, private and public golf courses.  It manages more than 130 facilities across the United States and Mexico, including Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, Chambers Bay, host of the 2015 US Open, and Streamsong, among others.
Its sports marketing and communications affiliate, KemperLesnik, is an award winning sports, entertainment and marketing agency that manages nationally televised sporting events such as the Maui Jim Maui Invitational, the McDonald’s All American High School games, KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, and works with top leagues and brands.
An active member of the Chicago community, Skinner was one of the founders of The First Tee of Chicago, and served as a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.  He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.  Prior to joining KemperSports and KemperLesnik, Skinner practiced law at Mayer Brown and served in the public sector during the George H.W. Bush administration. Skinner earned his law degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Lawrence University.

Kriss Strauss

Kris Strauss is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Troon and is responsible for sales and marketing direction and leadership for Troon and associated Troon brands. Strauss’ responsibly includes leadership of sales strategies, loyalty programs, public relations, promotional activities, digital marketing strategies and social media for Troon. Under his leadership, the Troon sales and marketing department launched innovative programs such as Troon Junior Club, Troon Women’s Golf Month, Troon Sales Professional fundamentals and Troon’s digital/video marketing innovations.

Kris has over two decades of experience selling and marketing upscale resort, daily fee golf facilities and private clubs. He is a frequent speaker at Golf Inc Conferences and the National Golf Course Owners Association conferences. He was honored with Golf Inc’s Marketing Excellence award in 2005 for multi-course marketing campaigns and was recognized by the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) with their national “Media Leader Award” for 2007. In 2017 Strauss was a featured guest on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive related to Troon’s Family Golf and other grow the game initiatives.

Strauss’ background with the company also included prior stints as the Troon Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager and facility Director of Sales and Marketing assignments in Troon’s Hawaii destinations. Prior to joining Troon, Strauss held the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position for OB Sports Golf Management, now a Troon company. His background also includes experiences at the Southwest Section PGA of America, Scottsdale, Ariz and Gold Canyon Golf Resort.

Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Kris graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Arizona State University in recreation management with a travel and tourism focus. He continues to be active in various civic and community service related organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Experience Scottsdale (formerly Scottsdale CVB).

Prior to joining our team, Jeff competed on various professional golf tours across the country before turning his attention to private club leadership. He has since served in various roles in the industry, from General Manager and Chief Operating Officer to Membership Marketing and Sales Director, and Golf Professional.
Jeff holds the designation of Certified Club Manager through the Club Management Association of America and currently serves as the Regional Co-Chair for the Carolinas Chapter of CMAA.

Loraine Ellis Vienne, CCM, CCE, CAM, General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Hampton Hall Club in Bluffton, South Carolina is a Certified Club Manager, Certified Chief Executive and Community Association Manager with over 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and club industry.

Loraine is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania where her family owned a small resort on the shores of Lake Erie. After pursuing a career in advertising and television, she returned to the hospitality industry; as the owner of a special event and catering company. During this period, she won two prestigious EVIE Awards from the International Special Event Society in large scale event design and floral design. In 1999, Loraine's husband moved them to the Carolina's where he took a new position as a golf professional and she entered into the world of Club Management.
 
Prior to taking the position at Hampton Hall Club, Loraine was the General Manager/COO at an active 1,300 home residential community and club in Florida. During her tenure in club management, she has held several positions as General Manager/COO at various Private Residential Community Clubs, Private Yacht & Country Clubs in the Carolinas and Florida and has won two National CMAA Awards for Membership Relations and Communications. Recently, Loraine and her team at Hampton Hall won awards for Innovative Events during Covid and have been recognized in several industry publications for their expertise and work. Loraine is a strategic and forward-thinking thought partner with a focus on club excellence in programming, creating the member experience, staff empowerment and mentorship, HOA management and a strong embrace of the member community.
