Sponsorship Cancellation and Force Majeure
Should Sponsor cancel participation at any time, Sponsor forfeits all monies paid and all rights to sponsorship benefits. Should Sponsor fail to make any payment that is due after receiving benefits of sponsorship, Crittenden Conferences may terminate sponsorship and be owed all monies previously agreed upon. The Sponsor understands that Crittenden Conferences will sustain financial loss if Sponsor cancels its sponsorship at any time after sponsor registration and/or contract is signed, under any circumstance, including causes beyond reasonable control, without limitation, fire or other casualty, act of God, strike or labor dispute, act of terrorism or other violence, and is under no obligation to provide refunds of any kind. Should Crittenden Conferences reschedule the Event for any reason, and the Sponsor may not attend the rescheduled dates, the liability of Crittenden Conferences shall be limited to a partial sponsorship credit at the discretion of Crittenden Conferences.
